Black Horse Tavern

101 St. David's Rd, St. David's Island  DD BX • 441-297-1991
Description: ST GEORGE'S PARISH. This intimate, homey restaurant is a favorite with locals who come to escape the bustle of Hamilton. Enjoy the view of Smith's Sound as you dine on the glassed-in porch, or sit outside to be closer to the water. Seafood is a specialty. Conch stew, stuffed lobster, Bermuda fish chowder, shark hash and curried mussels are all excellent. If your taste runs more toward meat-and-potatoes, the chef grills fabulous steaks, and there are chicken-and-chips and burgers as well. If you're feeling adventurous, experience the Bermuda Triangle – pineapple juice, orange juice, black rum, and Bermuda gold liqueur.
