Try the blackened mahi mahi served with tomato, pineapple and lemon compote or an excellent grilled sirloin topped with port glaze and resting on a bed of roasted thyme polenta. Vegetarians will enjoy the mushrooms Diane – grilled Portobello mushrooms with spinach and cheese on a bed of grilled vegetables. Save room for dessert – the seasonal berries with Frangelico and chocolate ice cream are heavenly. |
