Start with an appetizer such as lobster and corn tostadas, Chinese five-spice ribs or fig and prosciutto flatbread. Enjoy an inventive brick oven pizza (topped with Latin pulled pork, tequila marinated shrimp, roasted vegetables and the like). Or choose a main course like macadamia-crusted rockfish, island-spiced chicken, tamarind-lemongrass duck or a perfectly grilled steak. After dinner, the ambience turns a bit livelier, with live music (bands start at 10:30pm) and well-poured cocktails.
