Bandoleer's
(Restaurants - American)
102 1st Ave Deadman's Flats, Canmore  • 403-609-3006
Description: Bandoleer's is one of the few places in this area to get really good Tex-Mex food, and the décor, complete with colorful ceramic tiles, a fireplace and adobe walls, makes it a great choice if you're growing a bit weary of rustic mountain décor and regional Canadian food. All the standard favorites are on the menu: carne asada, enchiladas, burritos and fajitas, along with a few other options such as Southwest spring rolls and chipotle-barbecued ribs. Sauces are homemade and meats are slow-roasted to produce the best flavors. On Fridays and Saturdays, owner Charlie Butler's jazz trio entertains.
