Macy's is always a strong presence in holiday celebrations, and this wonderful parade only cements its association. Downtown Seattle is treated to lots of color, motion, and merriment as participants make their way from 7th Avenue to the Macy's store itself. As if that amount of spectacle weren't enough, at 5pm in Westlake Park, folks are treated to a star-lighting and to fireworks. Great for the little ones! |

Description:
Boat lovers, take notice. The west coast's largest boat show takes place in Seattle. This show has it all: over 1000 boats (some for display, some for sale), about 200 seminars (free with admission), and a wide variety of vendors offering all manner of boating accessories, including the most technologically advanced gadgets you’ll find anywhere. The show actually has two locations: Qwest Field and an on-water site at South Lake Union. A shuttle runs between the two – all day, every day.
