After over 100 years of outfitting in Lake Louise, Brewster Rocky Mountain Adventures opened the Barbecue & Dance Barn in 1996. This facility was built in honor of all the Brewster Cowboys
Throughout the last century. Every Saturday night from December 21st to Mid April, The Brewster Cowboy’s Barbeque and Dance barn is open to the public for an evening of western entertainment and Alberta Beef.
Starts December 18th and ends Mid April.

Barbecued “Brewster” Hip of Beef
Baked Potatoes (sour cream, butter, bacon bits, and chives)
Molasses Baked Beans
Hearty Tomato – Vegetable Soup

Transfers to Dance Barn from Chateau Lake Louise
Transfers to Chateau Lake Louise from the Dance Barn – until 10:30 p.m.
Western Entertainment
Local Country and Western Band –featuring plenty of popular dance and sing along tunes, witty comments and good old-fashioned fun!
Line Dance instruction.
Beverages may be purchased at the cash bar. All participants must read and sign an indemnity Waiver prior to the commencement of the sleigh ride transfer.
Reservations must be made in advance through the Brewster Sleigh ride desk located in the Main lobby of the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise or by phone at 403 522 3511 extension 1210.

Transfer to the Dance barn starts at 5:45PM and dinner is served at 6:00PM.
The Band starts at 5:45PM and the last sleigh ride back is at 10:30PM. 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. We have the right to cancel the event if there is less than 50 people holding a reservation.
Cost: $48.00 per adult (13 and over)
$26.00 per child (12 and under)
