Built on the grounds of several grand old estates Kingsbrae Garden has been created incorporating mature cedar hedges, flowers beds and an old-growth forest. Follow walking paths through magnificent collections of over 45,000 flowers, shrubs and trees. Then enjoy a dining experience in The Garden Café, view an exhibit of the work of local artists in the Art Gallery or shop for unique gifts in the Garden Gift Shop.  
 
The cashiers and tour guides are bilingual and the Garden is wheelchair accessible.
Description: This 27-acre horticultural garden, with its beautiful view of Passamaquoddy Bay, is one of Canada's top-10 public gardens. The Kingsbrae Gardens used to be part of the Flemer family estate; they opened to the public in 1998. You'll find over 50,000 varieties of trees, shrubs and perennials on display. Special areas include the rose garden, day lily collection, butterfly garden, an aviary, a therapy garden with herbs, an orchard, a children's garden with a Victorian playhouse and a cedar maze. The Garden has a wonderful tearoom that serves salads, sandwiches and other refreshments.
