Located in the newly restored Fairmont Royal Pavilion, The Palm Terrace Restaurant has a relaxed, intimate style and features a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea.
Whether you choose to indulge in traditional afternoon tea in the new lounge, savour complimentary canapés while sipping on a pre-dinner cocktail, or simply delight in an exquisite mélange of international and Caribbean fare, the magnificent open-air setting of The Palm Terrace Restaurant is one of the most picturesque on the island. Hours of Operation:
Open daily for afternoon tea from 3:30pm to 5:00pm. Complimentary for resident guests.
Open nightly for dinner from 7:00pm to 9:45pm with live entertainment.
Dress code – Elegantly casual. No shorts or jeans allowed.

Voted chef of the year 2001 in Barbados and currently the President of the Barbados Culinary Federation, Chef de Cuisine Michael Harrison is one of the most recognized local chefs. A highly motivated and industrious individual, Michael has had the distinct opportunity to work for some of the finest establishments in the world, including Le Gavroche in London, England, which was the first restaurant in Britain to be awarded 3 Michelin –Stars; and The White Barn Inn, Kennebunkport, Maine, one of Travel and Leisure’s top hotel restaurants 2003. Recently, Michael has also had the privilege of showcasing his talent for major international promotional campaigns on behalf of the Barbados Tourism Authority. |
