Home of the most famous jazz festival in the world, Montreux is a sophisticated Swiss town for the decidedly non-stressed. Bordered by Lake Geneva and the Chillon Castle on one side, and the Alps and vineyards everywhere else, the town is a walker's dream, an ideal setting for people who insist on sipping cappuccino while feasting on the perfect view.
