Opened in 1931, the skyscraper grew at a rate of 4.5 stories per week and still holds the distinction of being the fastest rising skyscraper ever built. Annually, more than 3.8 million people visit the observation decks on the 86th and 102nd floors. But here's a hint, go to the 86th floor. On a clear day, you can see up to 80 miles.
