A great favorite of regulars, this restaurant serves up authentic Spanish cuisine in the midst of downtown. The interior is a riot of bright red color against white walls hung with memorabilia of all sorts. It's both a cantina and a festive stop-off for rich, hearty food and good conversation. The menu offers a variety of dishes, including those crafted with duck, veal, beef, pasta, and seafood. Naturally, though, you can't escape without trying the restaurant's namesake and signature dish. The paella, chockfull of good things, pairs rice with chicken, shellfish, and lobster to create a luscious entree that's tinged with saffron and aromatic with fresh ingredients. It can't be missed.
