Description:
Cozy and dimly lit, with colorful Indian knick-knacks and artwork, Jewel of Kashmir is wonderful for a romantic dinner, but the bright, piquant flavors and eminently shareable quality of the food makes it fun for groups too. It's also considered one of the more authentic Indian restaurants in town, with a menu of traditional dishes that are sure to entice. Vegetable samosas, garlic naan, dahls, channa masala, saag paner, and aloo gobi should satisfy just about everyone, but if you must have meat with every meal, try the chicken tikka masala. It may not be the most authentic item on the menu, but the tender yogurt-marinated pieces of meat are delicious, nevertheless!
