Description: Casual and unpretentious, this eatery has provided Banff with affordable Italian cuisine for more than 20 years. Its homemade pastas are particularly desirable, and paired with great sauces and fresh ingredients, they're a recipe for satisfaction. Chicken and veal dishes are also offered; one of the most enticing is Veal Valdostana, a scallopine stuffed with prosciutto and Fontina cheese, crowned with a wild mushroom sauce.
