Named for a Swiss canton bordering Italy, this charming restaurant offers a rustic decor that's tempered by refined details and attentive service. The European-styled cuisine is influenced by both countries and makes use of Alberta's local ingredients too. Notable starters include homemade gnocchi with smoked duck breast on walnut sauce, and the restaurant's wild mushroom soup.
