Description:
Since it opened in 1972, this gallery has kept people talking. Located right in downtown Victoria, the center is run by artists dedicated to presenting contemporary Canadian culture in new and unusual ways. The gallery features exhibitions of avant-garde music, literary readings, and performance art, as well as displays of visual and media arts. There is an admission charge for some events and performances, but gallery admission is free.
