Description:
This restaurant has been a Hamilton favorite for almost 30 years. The house specialty is lobster; Caribbean and Maine varieties are both available and can be cooked four ways. Fish platters come heaped with hogfish, wahoo, tuna or rockfish, and they're cooked to your specification, either in lemon-butter or grilled amandine. Bermuda fish chowder, fortified with a generous dose of black rum, has a huge following on the island.
