A favorite, the restaurant presents modern French/Canadian fare such as duck confit with wild mushroom spätzle, rack of lamb with potato-cheddar hash, and seared scallops with lemon confit and sage sabayon. The décor is modern and minimalist – which makes the artistic plating of each dish even more pleasing. Wines play an important role, and while the list may seem brief it's full of uniformly wonderful choices.
