Cheerfully decorated in "modern day rustic," with lots of wood and mountain-themed contemporary artwork, Summit Café attracts crowds of active people. The place is especially popular at breakfast, when folks gobble up fantastic baked goods and breakfast bagels topped with eggs, Valbella ham, melted cheddar, fresh tomato and chipotle mayo. The chalkboard menu features a large assortment of sandwiches, soups, tacos and burritos, with several vegetarian options.
