An appealing little bistro on the second floor of Sundance Mall, Nourish took over when the also vegetarian Sunfood Café moved to Canmore. With flowy curtains, a vibrant paint job, and funky little bits of artwork on the walls, the restaurant highlights the bright aspects of its healthy, international menu. Everything is suitable for vegetarians: Shepherd's pie, teriyaki tofu, gingered vegetables, burgers, paninis, burritos and soups. There are also organic, vegan, and wheat and gluten free choices, and the staff is quite accommodating for those with food allergies. Accompany your meal with an organic wine or beer, or choose a specially blended tea from the selection on the tea bar. Quite a find in Canadian beef country!
