An appealing little bistro on the second floor of Sundance Mall, Nourish took over when the also vegetarian Sunfood Café moved to Canmore. With flowy curtains, a vibrant paint job, and funky little bits of artwork on the walls, the restaurant highlights the bright aspects of its healthy, international menu. Everything is suitable for vegetarians: Shepherd's pie, teriyaki tofu, gingered vegetables, burgers, paninis, burritos and soups.
