Several pleasant hiking trails crisscross the park, leading hikers through a wonderland of habitats and terrains. Guided tours may be arranged at the park office. If you're feeling truly fit, you can even make the 50-plus km hike from Cap-Tourmente to Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, a tiny village near Baie-Saint-Paul.
